Problem Note 63973: An update provides support for the Reiwa era in NENGO and JNENGO formats and informats

The Reiwa period began on May 1, 2019. The following formats and informats now include the new era name Reiwa.
The following formats are affected:
- NENGO
- JNENGO
- JNENGOW
- JNENGOT
- JNENGOTW
The following informats are affected:
- NENGO
- JNENGO

After you apply the hot fix, you can use the new era name in formats and informats for dates that occur after April 30, 2019.
