Problem Note 63930: SAS® Viya® services do not start and the message "File cannot be loaded..." occurs when the strict security policy option is set
If you are running SAS Viya with the ExecutionPolicy = AllSigned setting, some services might be unable to load due to improper signing. In this scenario, you receive a message similar to the following:
File C:\Program Files\SAS\Viya\bin\sas-casmanagement.ps1 cannot be loaded. The file C:\Program Files\SAS\Viya\bin\sas-casmanagement.ps1 is not digitally signed. You cannot run this script on the current system.
To work around the problem, you can change the ExecutionPolicy setting.
