Problem Note 63847: SAS® Studio displays the error "The request body was missing or invalid" after you log on

In certain conditions, SAS® Studio 5.1 displays the following error after you log on:
The request body was missing or invalid.
This issue occurs when these conditions apply:
- Your display name, that is, the user name that is registered in Active Directory, contains a character that is not an ASCII character.
- The SAS compute server is in a Microsoft Windows environment.
