Within SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 4.7, any submitted job producing output files which have either an extension of .log or .lst generates incorrect references to the submitted job's .log and .lst file within the job manifest. 

In the situation described above, the job manifest .log and .lst references surface the job's output .log and/or .lst file(s) as opposed to the submitted job's .log and .lst files.

Note the job manifest xml file contains both the job output .log and/or .lst files along with the submitted job's .log and .lst files in the <output> section, but the <log> and <lst> tag sections reference only the job output .log and/or .lst files. 

Also note despite the incorrect references in the job manifest, the correct .log and .lst files are checked in to the repository.

The issue is corrected in SAS^® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.1.1.
