Problem Note 63748: A new SAS® Visual Investigator tenant fails to initialize during installation
When you are installing a new tenant, and another tenant is already installed, you might encounter an issue where the new tenant fails to install. The logging shows "not initialized" errors that are similar to the following:
2018-05-03 18:05:30.345 INFO 12 — [ask-scheduler-3] com.sas.fcs.tdc.services.TaskService : sas.svi-alert@@acme Skipping AlertAutoActivate for acme because Alert service is not initialized
You can also see HTTP 400 errors in the logging.
This problem occurs because of a process-timing issue in the Datahub component.
