Problem Note 63735: Edited entity-level rules do not work as expected in SAS® Visual Investigator

Making modifications to the rules for an entity, including adding new rules, might result in the rule changes not being applied in the SAS Visual Investigator application.
It can seem that the changes have taken effect in the SAS Visual Investigator Administration interface, but they do not seem to have any effect on the actual entity. This issue occurs when multiple instances of the svi-sand service are running.
The workaround is to have only one instance of the svi-sand service running at a time.
