SAS Technical Support occasionally uses Microsoft OneDrive to exchange files with customers. OneDrive is a secure file transfer option for files up to 100 GB (per file). 

To upload files to a SAS Technical Support OneDrive location, do the following:

1. Open the link provided to you in the Technical Support tracking entry or in the email sent to you from SAS Technical Support.
2. Click the Send Code button. 
   
   Note: When you click the link in the email, you might be prompted to enter your email address to log in. If so, enter your email address, and then click Send Code.
3. You will receive a second email with a Verification Code. If you do not receive the code within a few minutes, check your Spam folder for the email.
4. Open the email and enter the Verification Code that it contains in the browser window.
5. Drag and drop your files in the OneDrive location.
6. Update your Technical Support tracking entry to indicate that you have uploaded the requested files.
