In Scenario Administrator, a component of SAS Visual Investigator, you can list the existing flows by clicking the Projects tab. In the list of projects, the purpose of the Updated By column is to present the user ID of the user who recently updated the flow. However, the user ID might be incorrect and could show instead the user ID of the user who created the flow.

This problem typically occurs when a user publishes the flow, but the user who published the flow is not the same user who created the flow,
