If you do not use the application for a period of time, your session might expire. You then see the following dialog box:
When you select Extend, the application appears to be working correctly, but the session has already expired and you are not redirected to the sign-in screen. The dialog box closes and you might think that your session has been extended, but it has expired and further actions do not succeed.
If you are not sure whether your session is expired, close your browser window, open a new window, and restart the application.
