Problem Note 63182: You cannot see an image on an "Insights" tab in SAS® Visual Investigator when you are not the user who uploaded the image

In SAS Visual Investigator, you might not see images that are added to an Insights tab. SAS Visual investigator is incorrectly limiting who can view the image to only the user who added it to the tab.
