Problem Note 63113: PostgreSQL database backup files are excessively large on Microsoft Windows

Using the SAS® Viya® Backup and Restore utility might cause excessively large PostgreSQL database backup file sizes on Windows platforms. The file sizes are larger because the compression library for Windows (zlib.dll) was not initially shipped with this version of PostgreSQL.
As a result of this excessive file size, the process uses more disk space and results in longer restore times.
