Problem Note 63046: Viewing custom details from the Treatments page for a SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager campaign takes a long time in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
For a SAS Real-Time Decision Manager campaign, viewing custom details from the Treatments page might take a long time in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio.
If your decision campaign or decision treatment campaign contains a treatment that has custom details and that treatment is assigned to a Reply node, a delay can occur when you view custom details from the Treatments page. The custom details, in the Customs Details panel, will eventually display. This issue occurs when the campaigns are particularly large and complex.
