Problem Note 62918: PROC XSL does not create an output file as expected

The XSL procedure might not create an output file.
The problem occurs at random times. When it does occur, no indication or warning is given to notify that the file was not created.
In this SAS log example, the output file for transformed_document.xml is not created but no error message appears:
8 proc xsl in='xml_document.xml' xsl='xsl_styleSheet.xsl' out='transformed_document.xml' ;
run ;
NOTE: PROCEDURE XSL used (Total process time):
real time 0.03 seconds
cpu time 0.01 seconds
The only workaround for this issue is to rerun the procedure.
