Problem Note 62882: The DBCONINIT= and DBCONTERM= LIBNAME options are ignored on database connections that are opened for threaded Reads
The DBCONINIT= option can specify a user-defined initialization command that executes after every connection to a database management system (DBMS) that is within the scope of the LIBNAME statement.
However, you might see that the DBCONINIT= option is not applied to database connections that are created for threaded Reads. The DBCONTERM= option, which provides a termination command, is also ignored.
This issue occurs for any database connection that is opened for threaded Reads.
Currently there is no workaround for this problem, other than to not use threaded Reads.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
When database connections are created for threaded Reads, the DBCONINIT= or DBCONTERM= LIBNAME options do not execute on the database connections.
