Problem Note 62832: The SAS® Scalable Performance Data (SPD) Engine can stop responding when you use the PARALLELWRITE argument in a LIBNAME statement

Your SAS® session might stop responding when you use the SPD Engine LIBNAME statement with the argument PARALLELWRITE=YES to create a new data set. 

This problem might occur after you try to append a small number of observations to a data set that was created with a large partition size. It can also occur after you apply Hot Fix C7A001.

No SAS log is generated when this problem occurs.
