Problem Note 62763: You receive a "Failed to commit flow: Duplicate flow" error after you manually reschedule a flow to an IBM Platform Process Manager server

A recent change in IBM Platform Process Manager 10.1 affects scheduling.
When you want to reschedule a flow and you select Manually to the scheduling server in the Schedule Flow window, you receive the following error:
In addition, the flow is not rescheduled.
A workaround is to unschedule the flow first, and then schedule it.
