DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When you create a Customer Transaction Report in XML format (CTRX) with SAS Enterprise Case Management or with SAS Anti-Money Laundering, you might see validation errors. When you click the Validate as E-file button, you might see the following errors:

lineNumber: 87; columnNumber: 43; cvc-complex-type.2.4.d: Invalid content was found starting with element 'fc2:PhoneNumberExtensionText'. No child element is expected at this point.
lineNumber: 131; columnNumber: 44; cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'fc2:StateCodeUnknownIndicator'. One of '{"www.fincen.gov/base":ZIPCodeUnknownIndicator}' is expected.
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: C:\Users\sassrv\AppData\Local\Temp\SAS Temporary Files\_TD20628_SASBAP_\Prc18\ctrxEfile.xml is not valid.

The errors occur when you do either of the following:

  • Enter a value for Phone number Ext. in item 56 of the Filing Institution Contact Information tab of the report.
  • Select Yes in the Unknown flag for State in item 12 of the Person Involved tab of the report.
