Problem Note 62529: An HTTP procedure might fail when you use the AUTH_NEGOTIATE argument

An HTTP procedure might fail with an HTTP 401 error code when you use the AUTH_NEGOTIATE optional argument.

"NOTE: 401 Unauthorized" appears in the SAS® log.

This issue can occur when your server is a Microsoft Windows Internet Information Services (IIS) web server.
