Problem Note 62528: BI Portlets cannot be displayed or created in SAS® Information Delivery Portal

After applying the following hot fix for SAS® Web Application Server security vulnerabilities, users might not be able to view or create BI Portlets from the SAS BI Portlets package.
Problem Note 61244: SAS Web Application Server contains security vulnerabilities (multiple CVEs)
Here are the affected portlets:
- SAS BI Dashboard Portlet
- SAS Collection Portlet
- SAS Diagnostics Portlet
- SAS Navigator Portlet
- SAS Report Portlet
- SAS Stored Process Portlet
