Problem Note 62373: An "Error...no such file or directory" message occurs and data is missing when you publish an instance in SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management
When you publish an instance in SAS Infrastructure for Risk Management, a pop-up message similar to the following might appear when you attempt to access the results:
Error: path/syst/PersistentAreas/pa/data/instance/inst_ead/instvals_crm_acct.sas7bdat: open for read: no such file or directory
This issue occurs when you publish an instance that contains folder data objects and then restart the server. In this scenario, data might be missing from the pool directory in the persistent area and the instance output is unavailable. When you encounter this issue, the data files have been deleted when they should have persisted.
