Problem Note 62348: SAS® MDM fails with a "One or more arguments are non-null and do not implement java.io.Serializable: . . ." error
SAS® MDM 4.3 might fail after you click the Source Systems link in SAS® Data Management Console. The following pop-up error message appears in the console:
One or more arguments are non-null and do not implement java.io.Serializable: [class com.sas.dm.dms.DMServer$DfxCredentials]
This error can be the result of any SAS MDM functionality that is requiring access to SAS® Data Management Server. This issue was first observed in a deployment for SAS® 9.4M5, but it might also occur in earlier SAS® 9.4 maintenance releases. The problem seems to occur more often within a Linux environment.
