Problem Note 62230: The "FCF_REPLICATE_TRANSACTIONS is being skipped" note might occur with newly generated alerts
Alerts might be generated with no associated transactions. When this issue occurs, the alert generation process log contains the following note:
FCF_REPLICATE_TRANSACTIONS is being skipped.
You encounter this issue when all alerts of a certain type (such as all party alerts or all account alerts) have been suppressed.
