Problem Note 62221: You cannot claim an entity in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

In SAS Anti-Money Laundering, the Claim button is unavailable for entities, cases, and reports. This problem occurs even when you have all the appropriate capabilities defined in SAS® Management Console.
To work around this problem, you can route entities to yourself if you have the capability to route entities.
