Problem Note 62219: You receive the "User name is invalid" message when you try to route an entity to a user in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering
When you try to route an entity to a user in SAS Anti-Money Laundering, you see the error below:
You encounter this issue if the user is not a direct member of the business unit group in SAS® Management Console.
To work around this problem, add all business unit users directly to the business unit group in SAS Management Console.
