Problem Note 62180: SAS® Enterprise Case Management displays an "unable to load" error when you set the value of the ECM.Policy.FinancialItemMigration property to false
When you add an alert to a case in SAS Enterprise Case Management, financial items associated with the alert are included with the case by default. You should be able to change the default behavior and exclude financial items from the alert by specifying the following metadata property:
ECM.Policy.FinancialItemMigration = false
However, SAS Enterprise Case Management might display the following error when you define the property:
An error occurred trying to retrieve the User Information. Unable to load controller/caseIncidents.json status: 400
To work around the problem and exclude financial items from the case, do not specify the ECM.Policy.FinancialItemMigration property. Instead, deselect the option Automatically add financial items from selected alert to case before you click Add to add an alert to a case,
