In SAS Marketing Automation, the contact history's OPTIMIZATION_BACKFILL_FLG column displays incorrect values after you execute a campaign group.
This problem occurs if you do not specify details of an export file in the Communication node. Although the MO_SOLUTION table does display values of 0 or 1, the OPTIMIZATION_BACKFILL_FLG column displays values of N (as if all the values are 0), as shown here:
When the process is working correctly, you should see correct values, as shown below:
To work around this issue, make sure that you specify details for an export file in the Communication node.
