Problem Note 62168: All notes do not appear when one note has a large number of attachments in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

If you attach more than 20 files to a note, you encounter the following issues:
- All the notes created before the note with more than 20 attachments are missing.
- In the note that contains more than 20 attached files, you see only the first 20 files that you attached.
The problem occurs when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Add a note with no attachments (or fewer than 20 attachments) to an entity and save it.
- Add another note to the entity, attach more than 20 files, and save it. You can see only the 20 first files attached and cannot access the remaining attachments.
- Look at the Notes sidebar. The number in parentheses is correct: Notes (2)
- Click the Notes sidebar to toggle it off, and then click it again to toggle it on. Now, it shows Notes (1), and it displays only the second note that you added.
- Add a third note with no attachments (or fewer than 20 attachments) to the entity and save it.
- Toggle the Notes sidebar off and on again. Now, it shows Notes (2) and displays the second and third notes.
