Problem Note 62165: You can incorrectly create two CDD Reviews for the same customer if the CDD Review has a custom status
If a CDD Review is in a state other than Open, you might incorrectly be able to create another CDD Review for the customer.
Here is an example of the expected behavior. If a CDD Review for a customer has a status of Open and you click Create CDD Review for the same customer, the following message appears:
Here is an example of what happens when you encounter this problem. If a CDD Review has a custom status and you click Create CDD Review, you can incorrectly create a new CDD Review for the same customer.
