Problem Note 62162: Attribute scores might not be displayed in the Customer Risk Rating panel in SAS® Customer Due Diligence
In SAS Customer Due Diligence, the Attribute Scores table might read No items to display instead of showing the correct attribute scores.
You might encounter this problem when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Click CDD Reviews, and then double-click a CDD review in the list to open it.
- In the Customer Risk Ranking panel for the CDD review, select a category in the Category Scores table. Instead of displaying the appropriate attribute scores, the Attribute Scores table might read No items to display.
