Problem Note 62159: The Add Entity to Case dialog box might not list all alerts to promote to a case in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

If you click Add to Case in an External Party details window in SAS Anti-Money Laundering, alert IDs might be missing in the Add Entity to Case dialog box.
For example, you might encounter the issue in the following scenario. Multiple External Party alert IDs are listed in the External Party details window. But, when you click Add to Case, one or more of the alert IDs that was previously listed in the External Party details window is missing in the Alerts Promoted to Case section. In this scenario, all of the alert IDs should be listed.
