Problem Note 62146: %TKMI_JOB_RO fcst_export generates "ERROR: Update/delete failed. The observation may have been changed or deleted since the time it was read"

The SAS® Revenue Optimization %TKMI_JOB_RO fcst_export task might generate the following error in the <DDMONYYYY_HH_MM_SS>_fcst_export.log file.
ERROR: Update/delete failed. The observation may have been changed or deleted since the time it was read. ORACLE execute error:
ORA-08177: can't serialize access for this transaction.
ERROR: ROLLBACK issued due to errors for data set DI_TRANS.FCST_EXPORT_INPUT.DATA.
NOTE: Deletes were rolled back by the DBMS software.
NOTE: PROC SQL set option NOEXEC and will continue to check the syntax of statements.
NOTE: Statement not executed due to NOEXEC option.
NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.

The workaround for this issue is to truncate the DI_TRANS.FCST_EXPORT_INPUT table before starting the %TKMI_JOB_RO fcst_export task.
