Problem Note 62126: You see an UnmarshallingFailureException error in SAS® Enterprise Case Management when you create a manual alert containing a UTF-16 character
You might encounter an org.springframework.oxm.UnmarshallingFailureException when you try to add a manual alert in SAS Enterprise Case Management. The error occurs when the Description text box contains characters represented in UTF-16 encoding.
