Problem Note 62059: When importing, SAS® Visual Analytics might display a generic error message and record a "Could not create connection factory" message in the log

When you attempt to import a file, SAS Visual Analytics might display a generic message that is similar to the following:
This message can appear in many different circumstances, including the ones listed in the message. So, the resolution depends on your particular circumstances.
However, sometimes the log for the application that you are using to import the file also contains a message that is similar to this one:
com.sas.bicommon.selfserv.importer.CSVImporter - com.sas.bicommon.selfserv.workspace.WorkspaceException: Could not create connection factory config

The hot fix addresses the cases where the Could not create connection factory config message is present in the web application logs. It does not solve all cases in which the generic message appears.
