Problem Note 62034: SAS® Enterprise Case Management does not show an "is locked by" message when you edit a case that is locked by another user

When you edit a case that another user is already editing, SAS Enterprise Case Management displays the case for you in Read-Only mode. However, you might not see a message to notify you that the case is locked by another user.
