Problem Note 62033: SAS® Enterprise Case Management creates duplicate workflow instances when you double-click to edit a case
When you double-click a case in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you might see an error message similar to the following:
Too many workflow instances were found for case case-id
You might see the error when you edit the case from the Available Cases screen or from the Search Cases screen. The problem occurs when the case did not have an associated, active workflow instance before you attempted to edit the case.
When the problem occurs, please contact SAS Technical Support for assistance in removing the extra workflow instance.
