Problem Note 62002: The Microsoft Excel Calendar export is not saved in SAS® Marketing Operations Management

The Export to Excel functionality might not work for a calendar in SAS Marketing Operations Management. 

This problem might happen when you perform the following steps:

  1. Select Calendarscalendar-name in the menu in the left pane of your display.
  2. Click the Export to Excel icon on the top of your display for the calendar. 
  3. Select date-range details and then click Generate ExcelSheet.
  4. Click Yes when the application confirms that the report has generated successfully and it asks whether you want to download the report. 
  5. Select a file path to which to save the file and then click Save

After you click Save, the file might not be saved in the file path that you specify.
