Problem Note 62978: Task-related actions take longer to complete than expected in SAS® Visual Investigator

The Tasks tab, the My Tasks tab, and task reporting listings might seem to load slowly in SAS Visual Investigator.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note for a link to instructions about accessing and applying the software update.
Verify That the Update Is Installed
To verify that the fix is installed, run the following rpm command:
rpm -qa | grep sas-svi-visual-investigator-7.1.56
To complete this process, make sure that the package version that is shown in the rpm output either matches or is newer than 7.1.56 with the following command:
rpm -qi sas-svi-visual-investigator
