Problem Note 62762: Logging on to SASĀ® Visual Investigator takes longer than expected
You might notice slow performance when you log on to SAS Visual Investigator. This issue has been experienced when there are a large number of concurrent users.

Verify That the Update Is Installed
To complete this process, make sure that the package version that is shown in the rpm output either matches or is newer than 6.4.16 or 7.1.56 with the following command:
rpm -qi sas-svi-visual-investigator
