Problem Note 62760: Expanding node levels in SAS® Visual Investigator "Network View" takes a long time

When you expand levels for a node in Network View, you might notice a slow response.

Click the Hot Fix tab in this note for a link to instructions about accessing and applying the software update.

After you apply this fix, an additional unnecessary call for data is removed, which saves time in the process for retrieving data.

Verify That the Update Is Installed

To complete this process, make sure that the package version that is shown in the rpm output either matches or is newer than 6.4.16 or 7.1.56 with the following command:

rpm -qi sas-svi-visual-investigator
