Problem Note 62586: You cannot click "All Terms" after you sign in to SAS® Business Data Network again
In the SAS Business Data Network user interface, if you sign off or the browser closes unexpectedly, you might not be able to click the All Terms link after you sign in again.
This problem can occur after you perform certain actions, such as the following:
- completing a search
- selecting Notifications or My Drafts
After these actions, when you sign back in, the All Terms link is no longer active.
A workaround is to click on another link first, such as Notifications or My Drafts, which then reactivates the All Terms link.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
