Problem Note 62295: SAS® BI Dashboard connection configuration might cause issues when used with third-party security software
When linking to content from a SAS BI Dashboard indicator to a report or a stored process, you might not see the expected results. Instead, the dashboard might appear in the new window instead of the expected content. This behavior can occur in environments that use IBM Tivoli Access Manager WebSEAL or CA SiteMinder. The cause of the issue is that SAS BI Dashboard does not use the appropriate internal connection information as configured in the Configuration Manager in SAS® Management Console.
