Problem Note 62257: SAS® Visual Analytics reports that use display rules might not be repaired correctly if data changes
When the underlying data in a SAS Visual Analytics report changes so that data items have been renamed or removed, you are prompted to repair the report the next time you open it.
If your report uses a display rule, and the underlying data changes in such a way that the data item used in the display rule no longer exists, then the repair operation might not properly update the display rule. As a result, you might not be able to reopen the report after you have saved it. You see an exception that is similar to the following:
java.lang.RuntimeException : Report could not be opened. Cause: Unexpected second use of a unique name: bi219363
If you encounter this issue, send an export of your report to SAS Technical Support. It might be possible to repair the report. However, not all reports can be repaired.
