Problem Note 62104: No error strings loaded message when collapsing static members in a worksheet when some members have been temporarily removed.
In SASĀ® Merchandise Planning, the following message might occur when you collapse hierarchy levels in a worksheet containing temporarily removed members:
No error strings loaded
When this issue occurs, there are no additional error messages written to any of the logs. This issue occurs when the following are true:
- All of the children associated with at least two parents have been temporarily removed from a worksheet.
- A parent level that also has some members temporarily removed is chosen to be collapsed.
This issue does not cause any corruption of the worksheet data, and if encountered can be bypassed by selecting OK in the Message Log window.
To work around this issue, leave at least one child member visible for all levels, or keep temporary members visible in the worksheet.
