Problem Note 61920: SAS® Enterprise GRC displays the "errors.baselCompliance.event.fmt.txt" message in English instead of in your locale

When you configure SAS Enterprise GRC to enforce Basel compliance, you see an error message similar to the following when you send a non-compliant incident or financial effect for validation:
Cannot send for validation. "Risk Event Type" must be specified and mapped to second-level Standard Risk Event Type.
The property for the error message is errors.baselCompliance.event.fmt.txt. The error message should be translated into your locale if you have configured a language-specific version of this message. Instead, the web application might incorrectly display the message in English.
