Problem Note 61907: SAS® Web Server and SAS® Web Application Server do not start after you apply hot fixes to upgrade their versions
When you have multiple configuration levels (Lev1, Lev2, Lev3, and so on) on a middle-tier machine, after you apply hot fixes (particularly B7P001 and B7Q001), SAS Web Server and SAS Web Application Server might fail to start. For example, when you try to restart SAS Web Application Server, errors that are similar to the following can occur:
ERROR Cannot find "F:\Program Files\SASHome\SASWebApplicationServer\9.4\tcruntime-ctl.bat" to execute
ERROR Cannot find "F:\SAS\Config\Lev2\Web\WebAppServer\tcruntime-ctl.bat" to execute
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
