Problem Note 61903: In SAS® Enterprise GRC, the ETL job orm_job_load_data.sas fails with "invalid byte sequence for encoding" error

You might see the following error after you run the orm_job_load_data.sas job, if the value for a text field in the database contains more than 1024 characters.

ERROR: CLI execute error: ERROR: invalid byte sequence for encoding "UTF8": 0xc3;

The error occurs after the system incorrectly truncates a long field value to 1024 characters.
