Problem Note 61891: You might experience slow performance when updating the metadata for Oracle tables

When updating table metadata in SAS® 9.4 TS1M4 using the following methods, you might experience a longer execution time:
- the METALIB procedure
- the Update Metadata menu item in SAS® Management Console or SAS® Data Integration Studio
This issue occurs in SAS 9.4 TS1M4 due to a change introduced to the SQL query that is passed to the ALL_CONSTRAINTS table in Oracle.
