A user could see the following error in the SAS^® Life Science Analytics Framework user interface: 

Published run failed to sync the specified job inputs or tasks to the workspace. Reason: thread lock WorkspaceLockImp [<parameters>] does not match requested lock on workspace [<parameters>] lock for get version all items: Thread [<parameters>].

This error message appears at random, not always on the same Job, and does not necessarily repeat if the Job is run subsequent times.

If the user kills an active Job during the time the Job is synchronizing inputs or outputs, the Job execution thread gets into a bad state.  Any future Jobs assigned to the same thread fail with the error message above. A restart of the mid-tier server is required to resolve this issue.
