Problem Note 61875: The Business Processes report in SAS® 360 Discover might show an incorrect abandoned process
A certain business-process flow does not work as expected in SAS 360 Discover. When a user visits a customer's website but is redirected to another site to offer a payment method, the business-process flow incorrectly indicates that the process was abandoned.
After the user visits the payment page, the user is redirected back to the customer’s website to continue the original transaction. The expected behavior would be for the session IDs to be linked, showing the full process flow instead of showing that it was abandoned.
