The following error message might appear in SAS^® Customer Intelligence Studio when you attempt to validate a decision campaign after you assign a treatment to the campaign:

If this error message does appear, then error messages similar to the following might also appear in your SASCustIntelCore6.x.log file:

Typically, this problem occurs only when a single script is run to start the SAS^® Customer Intelligence environment.

To work around this problem, manually execute the start-up script for the SASServer6 web application server. Wait approximately five minutes and then manually execute the start-up script for the SASServer7 web application server.
